Accounting & Cash

The Accounting & Cash team is responsible for recording all university transactions and managing the liquidity of the ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½. This includes the booking of all transactions and the electronic archiving of documents in SAP, reviewing daily incoming mail, liquidity planning, and managing cash reserves, financial investments, and loans.

Additionally, Accounting & Cash is responsible for handling all bank transactions on the university's accounts, processing payment runs for supplier invoices, and managing monthly salary payments. The team also oversees asset accounting, accounts receivable management, including dunning processes, and the financial administration of tuition fees, as well as preparing the quarterly VAT returns.

Accounting serves as the key link between Human Resources and the Finance Directorate, ensuring smooth collaboration on payroll matters. The department also oversees expenses and travel management and is available to assist with inquiries related to the university’s financial processes.
