Eucor - the European Campus: Incoming
Students enrolled at a partner university of Eucor – The European Campus who wish to attend courses at the Ðǿմ«Ã½ can find further information here.
Eligibility to attend individual courses
Students enrolled at an Eucor partner university are permitted to attend individual courses and earn credit points at the Ðǿմ«Ã½. They pay all tuition fees to their home university and are exempt from paying tuition fees at the Ðǿմ«Ã½. However, they are not eligible to obtain academic degrees from the Ðǿմ«Ã½.
Submitting registration sheet / deadlines
The completed and signed registration sheet must be submitted, along with a scan of a student ID or a confirmation of matriculation from the home university valid for the corresponding semester, by e-mail via www.unibas.ch/studseksupportEN on time. Please send the documents as soon as possible in order to get access to Online Services by the beginning of the lecture period. The deadline for submission is the first day of the lecture period each semester.

After registration you will be sent an acknowledgement of submission including further information via e-mail. - University email account
In the following days after registration, a letter from IT Services with details of your university email account will be sent to via regular mail. In accordance with our student regulations, you must activate the email account and read incoming messages every week. If you already have an Unibas email account (@stud.unibas.ch or @unibas.ch), this step is not necessary. - Online Services
The Online Services are available at services.unibas.ch. To log in, please use your unibas email address and enter the respective password (accessible 24 hours after activation of your email account). The Online Services are used for course registrations and address changes. You can also see your academic performance at the Ðǿմ«Ã½ and download transcript of records in the services portal. - Course registration
Please use the Online Services (services.unibas.ch) for all course registrations. You must register on time for every course you intend to attend. Course registration is a prerequisite for taking examinations and therefore for earning credit points.
For the spring semester 2026, course registration is open from 1 January until 16 March 2026.

Transcript of records
Transcripts of records are issued at the end of February and at the end of August. Transcript of records confirms the number of obtained course credits and credit points. You can view and download them in Online Services.
Important information
- Lecturers must use the Eucor - The European Campus attestation form to verify class attendance. This form can be obtained from the Student Office of the Ðǿմ«Ã½ or be downloaded.
- Eucor - The European Campus students are identified at the host university with a valid student ID from their home university. This gives Eucor - The European Campus students the same usage privileges as students at the Ðǿմ«Ã½ (student cafeteria, etc.).
- Eucor - The European Campus students do not pay any tuition fees to the Ðǿմ«Ã½.
