Cancellation
The following applies to cancellations before the registration deadline:
- For course/registration fees up to CHF 30: no refund
- For course/registration fees over CHF 30: refund of course/registration fee minus processing fees of CHF 30
Course/registration fees will not be refunded if the cancellation is received after the registration deadline.
Registration is always for a particular person and cannot be transferred. We recommend that participants take out cancellation insurance.
